Yes we offer a remedial service set by our suppliers, if the supply suggests it is a fitting issue, we will come out asses the manufacturing and the fitting, once we have a report we will then send this on to the corresponding body and by working together we will ensure the problem is resolved.
We aim to have all bi-folding doors delivered in a 2 week turn around, windows and residential doors we aim to get delivered between 4-6 weeks colour dependant.
You get manufacturers guarantee of 1 year on hardware and up to 20 years on powder coating. You also get a remedial service set by out suppliers and by ourselves.
